Dr. Tony Kwong
Dr Kwong comes with an impressive background. He graduated from the University of Alberta in 2004 and ranked in the top 5 of his class, winning awards in both oral surgery and root canals. He then completed a postdoctoral Advanced Education in General Dentistry from the prestigious University of Michigan Dental School where he refined his skills in the latest techniques in cosmetic and general dentistry. Dr. Kwong has practiced in Chicago and the lower mainland over the past fifteen years. He also won a teaching award at University of British Columbia as a clinical instructor for the 4th year dental students. You can feel comfortable entrusting the care of your oral health to the gentle hands of Dr Tony Kwong.
Dr Kwong strives for excellence and is a member of the Vancouver Dental Study Club, The Misch Institute for Dental Implantology, the California Center for Advanced Dental Studies and is a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Carmen Chan
Dr. Carmen Chan has been practicing dentistry since 1981. She moved to Vancouver in 1994 and has been serving the Richmond area for over 20 years. Her patients love her friendly, easy going manner as well as her excellent clinical skills. She is fluent in many languages including Cantonese, Mandarin, English and Tagalog. She has three adult children and enjoys bowling with her friends in her free time.
Barbara was born and raised on the Fijian Islands and speaks English, Hindi and Fijian. With over 34 years in the dental business, Barbara first started her career as a dental assistant. Six years later she took on the extra role working as dental receptionist when she wasn’t assisting. In 1994, Barbara joined this practice and has been the welcoming face of this clinic since that time. Barbara’s caring and motherly nature has helped this clinic grow to take care of our many patients in the lower mainland.
In her spare time, Barbara loves to go camping and gardening. Barb and her husband also love going to Las Vegas.
Frida was born and raised in Mexico City and she is fluent in Spanish. She graduated as a dental surgeon in 1980. In 1989, she moved to Vancouver with her family and in 1993 she got certified as a dental hygienist and she has been working in that field since then. Frida enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, traveling and enjoying the outdoors.
